Vocational Evaluation and Job Exploration Work Simulations of a broad range of occupations. Specialized aptitude, achievement, and work sample testing. Analysis of work behaviours, physical tolerances, and job interests. Assessment of independent living skills. Individualized 1-day to 2-week programs available. Equipment Assessment for Office Occupations Equipment and job modifications based on current work station     requirements. Hands-on use of ergonomic tools, i.e., alternative keyboards,     pointing devices, foot pedals, arm supports, and adjustable work     stations. Use of voice recognition software to minimize keyboarding. Graduated Work Hardening In each program module, aerobic exercises decrease as work     simulation increases. Includes body mechanics and exercise instruction, as well as     structured work simulations. Individualized over a 2 to 6 week program.
